Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have received the product damaged or broken. In addition, you must have provided proof (photo or video) that it is damaged or broken. We are not responsible if the customer has not read the contents of the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-refundable items:

  • Products listed for free or with price of 0.00$
  • Products with discounted prices more or 50% of the original price ( example if original price is 100 USD and discounted price is 50 USD , this product is not refundable but we can always replace it if you are not satisfied)
  • Shipping and Handling Costs
  • Products with SIZING ( such as clothes, shoes, jackets, t-shirts and other) - Every product that request to choose size is not refundable no matter if price is discounted with more or less than 50%, we can always exchange it when you return the product you received. We do not take responsibility if you choose wrong size, every listed product that request to choose a size have a sizing chart in the product description to follow. We do not take responsibility if you read this size chart or not.
  • Incorrectly or incorrectly entered discount codes you are entitled to! - If a discount code is not entered or is entered incorrectly this is your responsibility. We are not responsible for incorrect discount code entry or if you have not entered a discount code at all.
  • Products that are ALREADY on their way to you! - If the product you ordered has been shipped and is on its way to you (this is visible on the tracking number) we cannot refund the amount.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@outdoorartco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@outdoorartco.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Condition of Returned Product:

The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, with all original accessories, tags, and packaging included.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
