Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To qualify for a refund, the product must have been received damaged or broken, and you must provide proof (photo or video) of the damage. We are not responsible if the customer has not read the product description before purchasing.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products listed as free or with a price of $0.00
Products discounted by more than 50% from the original price (e.g., if the original price is $100 and the discounted price is $0, this product is not eligible for a refund, but we can offer a replacement if you are not satisfied).
If your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 5 days to be eligible for a full refund. If the return is sent after this period, we reserve the right to review the case, and the refund request may not be considered.
3. Shipping & Handling Fees
For products requiring size selection (e.g., clothing, shoes, jackets, t-shirts), refunds are not available, regardless of the discount amount. However, we can replace the item when you return the one you received. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection. Each product requiring size selection has a size chart in the product description. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this chart before ordering.
4. Incorrect or Missing Discount Codes
If a discount code is not entered or is entered incorrectly, it is the customer’s responsibility. We do not issue refunds for incorrectly entered or missing discount codes.
5. Products Already in Transit
If your order has already been shipped and is on its way to you (trackable via the provided tracking number), we cannot issue a refund.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@outdoorartco.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
7. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request a replacement for the same item, email us at support@outdoorartco.com.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
Refunds are typically issued within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
