Warranty Policy

At OutdoorArt we stand behind the quality of our solar lamps and home & garden products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a two-years limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions within two (2) years from the date of purchase.

2. Customer Responsibilities:

To facilitate a smooth warranty process, customers must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Product Return: Customers must return the defective product in its original packaging, including all necessary accessories, user manuals, and any accompanying documents.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided as proof of purchase.

  • Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. We will provide further instructions once the claim is approved.

3. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or storage.

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to water damage due to improper sealing of solar lamps.

4. Warranty Claim Process:

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@outdoorartco.com with a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Provide photos or videos of the product and the defect to assist in the troubleshooting process.

  3. Return the product after receiving approval from our support team.

  4. Replacement Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a free replacement if the issue falls under our warranty coverage.

5. Warranty Duration:

  • This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

  • OutdoorArt reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time. However, such changes will not affect warranty coverage for products purchased prior to the modification.

  • By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this warranty policy.
