Shipping Information
1. Shipping Costs
We offer two types of shipping to the countries we ship to:
- Free Shipping
- Priority Processing + Insurance - $5.99
Priority Processing: All orders with the "Priority Processing" option are prioritized and shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse.
Priority Shipping + Insurance: All orders with the "Priority Shipping + Insurance" option are prioritized and insured against loss or damage.
2. Shipping Terms
2.1 Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via shipping companies within 5-10 business days. Typical shipping companies used are UPS, DHL, USPS, FedEx (we may choose to use alternative carriers).

2.2 Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is completed.
2.3 Address Change Requests
For address change requests, please email us at support@outdoorartco.com with your order number and the new address request. Our customer service team will process the request as quickly as possible and forward it to our shipping team. If your order has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we cannot modify the address.
We kindly ask all customers to double-check their shipping address before completing their order to avoid any issues.
2.4 Military Address Shipping
We can ship most of our items to military addresses using USPS. Some product restrictions may apply as per USPS regulations.
2.5 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items while shipping the remaining part of the order.
2.6 Delayed Deliveries
If delivery time exceeds 15 business days, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation. In most cases, we can successfully locate the item and resolve the issue immediately. In other cases, we may need to send a free replacement item. Our customer service team will explore all available options to ensure that every customer receives their order.
3. Tracking Notifications
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping carrier.
4. Shipments Damaged in Transit
If you find that your shipment has been damaged during transit, please accept the package and contact our customer support team at support@outdoorartco.com as soon as possible.
To ensure we can assist you, logistics issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for compensation.
Please include the following details to help our team resolve your case:
- Shipping label
- Photos/Videos of the packaging
- Order details
For theft claims, please also provide photos of the delivery location (e.g., address signs or storage area).
5. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, please email us at support@outdoorartco.com. Our customer service team will process the request as quickly as possible.
However, it is not always possible to complete a cancellation request before the order is shipped. Our customer service team aims to respond to all emails within 24 hours, so even if you notify us of your cancellation request before your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that it will be processed before automatic dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
6. Insurance
If you selected the shipping method (Priority Processing + Insurance), your shipments are insured against loss and damage up to the value specified by the carrier. Our customer service team will investigate and provide assistance in resolving any necessary cases.
