The present information about online purchases governs purchases made through the website. Please read these terms before placing your order. By submitting an online order, you agree to the following terms.

In our store, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping.

Priority Processing: All orders with "Priority Processing" option are prioritized and dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse.

Priority Shipping + Insurance: All orders with "Priority Shipping + Insurance" option are prioritized and insured against loss or damage of the item.

We can offer advantageous deals and low prices on products due to our close and long-term business relationships with manufacturers and wholesalers abroad. This also means that most of our products are shipped from countries outside the USA or EU.

Delivery Time: USA, Europe, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand

The average delivery time for the last 30 days in the USA is 12 business days (please note that sometimes the shipping company may experience some delays, such as holidays, full facilities, customs clearance, bad weather, etc. We cannot control these delays).

Please note: When we provide you with a tracking number, it may take a few days to update in the shipping company's database!

Additionally, all items are subject to a processing period before being shipped. This includes order verification, processing and payment verification, quality control, and packaging. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days after payment. The processing period is not counted in the estimated delivery days mentioned above.

If your order provides tracking information, you will receive an automatic tracking code via email from USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, your local postal service, or other logistics companies we use, once the order is fulfilled and ready for shipment; there is no need to request a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 5 days for the correct tracking information to appear.

Orders with multiple items are usually shipped separately due to different warehouse locations for different items. This also ensures that you will receive your items as quickly as possible. You may receive part of your order before the remaining part, and this is completely normal. This does not mean that we have forgotten about your other items.

We cannot guarantee delivery times if the post or carriers experience unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Please double-check your order details to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot change the shipping information or cancel your order once we have shipped your products. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for products shipped to the wrong address if incorrect delivery information was provided.

Thefts of packages and mail are continuously increasing, especially during holidays, and with each shipment, we provide a tracking number via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If for any reason your delivery is stolen and we can confirm with the tracking number that the package was delivered, we do not assume responsibility and do not send another order for free, nor do we refund the amount. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or unclaimed shipments. Please contact your local postal branch to inquire about the whereabouts of your package - sometimes it is held at the local main postal branch for pickup. We recommend all our customers to use a secure mailbox, parcel locker, or hold them at the local FedEx or UPS station to avoid this issue.

Due to the popularity of some items from our catalog, delivery time may take longer than the estimated values and may reach up to 35 business days. If your order has not arrived within 35 business days from the date of the initial purchase, please contact our support team to have the full purchase value refunded to you. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect delivery information in their order(s) or missed deliveries of parcels).
